Every screen has been rebuilt for clarity and speed. Navigation is streamlined, simulation setup requires fewer clicks, and results are easier to read. The admin console has a new structure that gives managers and administrators better visibility across their organization. Engineers spend less time navigating and more time engineering.
Global Unit Systems
The platform supports metric, imperial, and international unit systems with per-user preferences. An engineer in Houston sees feet and psi while their counterpart in Abu Dhabi sees meters and kPa, all on the same simulation. Unit preferences are saved per user and applied consistently across wells, simulations, and reports.
Multi-Language Support
The entire interface is available in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, and more. Full right-to-left support for Arabic. Region-specific date formats, number formatting, and localized UI elements. Every engineer works in a familiar environment regardless of where they are in the world.
Version Control on Every Simulation
Every change to a simulation design is automatically versioned. Restore any previous state, compare versions side by side, and see exactly who changed what and when. No more overwriting a colleague's work or losing a configuration that performed better three iterations ago.
Improved Simulation Comparisons
Compare up to five rod pump configurations side by side in a single view. Every simulation run is tracked with full simulation logs so you can review exactly what inputs produced what outputs and trace changes over time. Detailed comparison reports can be exported as professional PDFs for clients and management.
Improved 3D Wellbore Visualization
Import directional surveys and visualize wellbore trajectories in interactive 3D with detailed tooltips and measurements. Dogleg severity, buckling tendency, and side loading charts alongside the 3D view give engineers a complete picture of wellbore conditions.
Improved PDF Reporting
Redesigned report templates with cleaner layouts and more detail. Simulation results, rod string analysis, and comparison summaries export as professional PDFs ready for clients, management, and regulatory submissions.
Improved Custom Pumping Units & Rods
Redesigned equipment management with better search, filtering, and organization. Create and manage custom pumping units and rod configurations alongside the standard library. Equipment catalogs are maintained at the division level and inherited by regions so your team always has the right tools available.
Enterprise Organization Structure
Built for operators with complex org charts. Headquarters set global standards and equipment libraries. Divisions customize templates for their basins. Regions inherit those defaults while maintaining local autonomy. Groups scope access at the team level.
Roles, Permissions & Audit Trail
Granular role-based access control at every organizational level. Define who can manage your organization, who can create and modify simulations, and who has read-only access. SSO integration with Azure AD and Okta supports SCIM provisioning for automated user lifecycle management. Every action is logged with compliance-ready audit trails.
Bulk Import Legacy Simulation Files
Bring existing work into V2 without starting over. Bulk import SROD and RODSTAR files directly into the platform. All historical simulation data, rod string configurations, and well parameters are preserved and ready to use in the new system.
Data Integrations & Automation
Connect PetroBench directly to your data infrastructure. Bi-directional synchronization with Snowflake, Databricks, WellView, and custom data lakes. Automation pipelines push simulation results back into production databases and SCADA systems automatically.
